We only collect what's needed to book you in and remember your car. Your details never get sold. If you sign up we use your email for the odd MOT reminder — you can unsubscribe any time.

• Name, phone number and (optionally) email when you book
• Vehicle registration, make and model (only when you provide it)
• Account email + hashed magic-link token if you sign up
• Booking and payment history on your account
• Anonymous web analytics (page views, referrer) — no cookies that identify you personally

• To confirm and deliver your booking
• To contact you if anything about the booking changes
• To issue receipts and keep accounting records
• To remind you about MOT renewals (only if you opted in)

Supabase (our database host, EU region). OpenAI (voice agent provider) only while a voice call is in progress — voice audio is not stored. Payment providers if and when we enable online payment. No one else.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@candmgarage.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
